Political Highlights: Mr. Sweeting was a member of the Local Government Board in the district of Spanish Wells, Eleuthera from 2008 to 2011. He also participated in National Youth Parliament Day on October 22nd, 2010.
Education: He received his early education at Spanish Wells All Age School and his tertiary education at University of Teeside.
Civics/Social: From 2008 to 2009 Mr. Sweeting served as the Chairman of the Spanish Wells Commonage Committee. He is also a member of the Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA).
Professional/Career: Mr. Sweeting is currently the Manager of the Spanish Wells Office of ERA Dupuch Real Estate. He is also the Owner and Co-Captain of the Carol Pan Fishing Company and Vessel as well as Tees R Us Bahamas Ltd.
Mr. Sweeting Plans to establish a Job Creation Program for the Constituents of North Eleuthera. He also plans to aggressively lobby for utilities upgrades such as Electricity and Water. He is also committed to pushing for stronger legislation on the fishing industry ensuring that the Industry is modernized and protected.
